Bianca is a 39-year-old transsexual woman. She has lived in Milan since 2009 and works as a prostitute.
For twenty years she has been in a relationship with Natasha, a trans woman of Japanese origin who is temporarily living in Brazil.
Their bond is very strong and the distance has not weakened it.
The film tells their love story made up of long phone calls and even longer waits.
Due to work and family reasons, they haven't seen each other for almost two years. The time spent without Natasha is marked by clients, mostly regulars, and their requests. Over time, Bianca has also grown fond of them but her thoughts are always for Natasha, who is finally coming back
