SYNOPSIS
In the Belice Valley, the heart of Western Sicily, the ruins of the old villages abandoned after the 1968 earthquake still remain. But what is their value? What really remains of them?
I considered them as works of art, which over time, following the will of the artist, fall apart until they disappear. I asked those who are attached to them to compose the plaque and to tell their story. Each did so in their own way: some with a photograph, a poem, a meal, a song, a story...
