NOTES

The film is written by Caterina Ferrari, a young director whose works have been presented at major festivals such as Visions du Rèel, Festival dei Popoli, Filmmaker di Milano. The film was produced by Federico Minetti for Effendemfilm with the contribution of PerChiCrea 2023 announced by Siae and MIC, to create and promote works by young authors under 35.

DIRECTOR'S NOTES

The film particularly explores the concept of the pervasiveness of violence, which was the starting point for drafting this project, which is both a documentary and a social experiment.

The aim is to tell, and at the same time make people experience, what it feels like to be a victim of violence: in particular, what interests us is the concept of pervasiveness.

Violence, in fact, permeates every moment of the victims' lives, it always accompanies them, at any moment of their daily life it can manifest itself: for example, while they are at work, while they are on the couch watching TV, while they are going for a walk, and so on."

Once violence has physically entered bodies, it expands over time, continuing to create pain.
